Harvested the grapes are pressed and the late fermentation on low temperature permits an optimum extraction of the aromatics tannins. The vineyard is on the south-west of France. The Vallones site benefit from very sunny but not too hot thank to the Ocean Atlantique and the Pyrenees. This microclimate gives at this wine a large aromatic richness.
This refreshing wine has a delightful aromatic nose with hints of citrus, mineral and touch of white flowers. On the finish, it’s very clean and pleasant.
This wine can be drunk on its own or with fish and seafood or as aperitif. Best to be drunk young and served chilled at a temperature between 8°-10°C.
