Integrated viticulture, thinning out of the leaves done by hand, green harvest. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Ageing in barrels (100% new) for around 12 months.
The harmonious balance of these varietals gives this wine a very delicate taste. The permanent work made in the purest tradition of the Bordeaux vineyards, allows to produce a wine with an intense red colour, a nose of ripe red fruits, slightly spiced with vanilla notes and a delicate wooden taste. Attack in mouth is supple. Well-balanced tannins give the wine a lot of freshness. La Grande Dame is a fruity and harmonious wine.
This Bordeaux wine goes marvellously well with grilled meats and cheese.
