35% Sauvignon | 45% Sémillon | 20% Muscadelle
Situated in the village of Soussac, East from Bordeaux.
Careful vinification with particular attention paid to each step of vinification and blending of this wine in order to achieve a quality wine which has excellent continuity of style. Very sweet pressing .Stay on fine dregs at 8°c during 5 to 6 days. Debourbage under cold conditions , preceding a low controlled temperature fermentation.
This refreshing white has a delightful aromatic nose with hints of citrus, mineral, and a touch of white flowers. Made of Sauvignon, Semillon, and Muscadelle, it has a richer mid- palate, with lots of texture and a good dose of minerality. On the finish it is very clean and refreshing, delightful enough to want another glass or two.
A wine which can be drunk on its own or with fish and seafood or as apéritif . To be served chilled (8°C).
