80% Merlot; 10% Cabernet Franc; 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested by hand. Traditional vinification. After be stemming and crushing, the grapes stay in vat during 3 weeks for the fermentation. Then the wine is ageing in oak barrels before to be filtered and bottled.
Ideally located at the edge of Pomerol appellation, Château Le MANOIR produces a harmonious wine that gathers intensity, fullness and delicacy.
Great with red or white meat, cheese. Serving temperature: 16/17°C.
