50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Harvested by machine, grapes are sorted and destalked before being gently crushed in order to extract the best tannins. Then juice undergoes a traditional fermentation, left on lees for up to 25 days, with regular pumping in stainless steal vats, under temperature control process (around 28/30°C)
A charming wine with a deep purple color, with a nose that reveals aromas of fruit. The palate reveals a beautiful tannic structure, ample and round, with aromas of red fruits.
Serve at room temperature (about 16-18°C). This wine accompanies wonderfully red meats, mushrooms, game and cheeses.
